Land Surveying

MFS provides professional land surveying services to private and public entities throughout New York and New Jersey. Our staff has extensive experience providing surveys for road, bridge, infrastructure, port, airport, waterfront, rail, environmental, and site development projects for the regions' federal, bi-state, state, and city agencies, as well as land developers.

MFS strives to provide timely and accurate survey deliverables to our clients. MFS’ team of highly qualified surveyors utilize state of the art survey equipment and software. MFS’ field crews are fully versed in the efficient and proper use of laser scanners, GPS, robotic total stations, and digital/optical levels. Each crew is equipped with electronic data collectors and laptops. Our field crew survey vehicles are fully equipped for the projects the crews are tasked with and have communication capabilities that allow for on-site retrieval and transmission of field data on a real time basis. Office staff are experienced in the use of AutoCAD Civil3D, Carlson Survey, Microstation, and Leica Geo Office for daily processing of survey data. Staff are also experienced in the use of other survey specific software, Starnet, Infinity, Inroads, and Microsoft Office.
