MFS Engineers & Surveyors provided professional engineering services to the foundation contractor, New York Concrete Corporation in support of construction for the CUNY New York City College of Technology’s New Academic Building construction in Brooklyn, New York.

Project Details

The proposed construction consisted of the demolition of existing buildings followed by the construction of an approximately 350,000 square feet, ten story academic building with a 46,000 square feet footprint. The project site is adjacent to the MTA subway F Line and existing academic structures. MFS was retained to provide structural and geotechnical engineering design and construction services in support of the project.
