MFS Engineers and Surveyor provided geotechnical engineering services for the Storm Hardening of North Tower Firehouse project in Bronx, New York. The building had aided in emergency efforts during disasters.

Project Details

MFS’s engineering team provided support for the project by coordinating with our trusted drilling agency to drill one 50-foot test boring at the North Tower Firehouse project site. MFS obtained samples continuously in the upper 10 feet and at five-foot intervals thereafter. MFS placed a One-Call ticket for the boring which was responsible for marking out all public utilities in the vicinity of the boring.
