MFS Consulting Engineers & Surveyor, DPC (MFS) provided structural engineering services in support of the Assisted/Independent Living Residences Project located at 105 Old Matawan Road in Old Bridge, New Jersey. The project consisted of the construction of a five-story structure with 24 rooms, and 24 independent apartments. An engineered rain screen framing system supported by ISO clips was to be used to suspend the Hardie Panel exterior siding panels throughout the building facade above the first-floor level.
