Mr. Moore has nearly 40 years of survey experience, and has been a licensed Professional Land Surveyor for the last 23 years, with experience in all facets of boundary, ALTA/ACSM land title survey, topographic, control, utility, route, easement, wetlands and construction surveys. He is responsible for MFS’ survey activities and providing departmental leadership, project management, direction, and mentoring. He coordinates and oversees the activities of subconsultants for aerial mapping, hydrographic/bathymetric survey, and subsurface utility engineering (SUE) services. He has developed and implemented MFS’ survey department procedures, CAD standards, and field coding schema, thereby implementing a consistent method of work throughout a project's life, along with the seamless field to finish processing of field data. He has implemented client specific workflows and standards for client/project specific deliverables. He continuously reviews new/enhanced technologies for implementing new ways of enriching and expanding MFS’ survey services. Mr. Moore has extensive experience with AutoCAD Civil3D, Carlson Survey, Microstation, and Inroads. Mr. Moore has managed concurrent large projects for public entities including PANYNJ, NYCDDC, NYCEDC, NYCDEP, NYSOGS, DASNY, NJDOT, USACE, DRPA, PSE&G, various schools and universities, regional sewer and water authorities, counties and municipalities, as well as for private entities. In addition to his extensive survey experience, he has managed multiple residential, commercial, and industrial development projects, functioning as the client point of contact and overall project manager.
