Project Details

The proposed project includes the replacement of a 90 year old Pier 9 and 240 structure, currently beyond its useful life. During the construction, an emergency evacuation barge for the NJ side Ventilation Building is required. MFS was retained to provide survey, geotechnical, and structural engineering services in support of the pier evacuation barge design and construction, and provide demolition sequencing of the pier demolition.
